Podcast-We just came back from a fun day club ride on this episode and talk about it while it is fresh. We hit some weather, road a really fun curvy route (dragging floor boards), and had a “hang around” ride along with us that came to us on his own and is interested in possible membership with the Sworn Few LEMC. We discuss the proper things one should do to get involved and contact a particular LAB motorcycle club to seek membership. We also reveal what a small group of persons might do if they seek to start a new chapter of an existing LAB club. We give sound advice on what things to do that will look good to a club that has stringent membership requirements like the Sworn Few LEMC. Of course, as usual we got off track and had a lot of fun.
Hey, I’ve really appreciate your videos and have just signed up for your email. I don’t have a bike(yet), but the hook is set and I’m doing my homework to try to get up to speed. My question right now is…2011, 2012, 2013, vs 2014. I know I want that 103, but should I get an older bike(SG,10-15kmi) and work on it, or wait for a 2014(still gotta be used)? Thanks, not even a newbie yet, Rob
Rob, thanks for commenting on the website. Prior to buying my 2014, I had a 2011 Street Glide. You can’t go wrong with any of them, but you will certainly save money buying used. All the years you speak of have all the new frame modifications etc. Of course the 2014 is the only one that comes with the new Boom Box Infotainment System. So really it comes down to money. You would be happy with any of them I’m certain. Good Luck!
Hey Ryan, THANK YOU. Ya, I saw your denim SG-that’s my flavor. I appreciate the opportunity to ask questions and, hopefully, contribute soon. best, Rob
Awesome…..thanks Rob
Hi Ryan,
Great job you guys are doing.
I just purchased and installed the Ciro 3d vision headlight and bezel and very happy with the application and outcome. Both connectors work great.
Do you sell or know where I can purchase a passing light harness that will allow my passing lights to stay on when high beam is on? But bike is a 2014 ultra limited
Thank you!
Thanks for the shout out. That dual beam adapter is in our store here ==> https://shop.lawabidingbiker.com/collections/lighting/products/ciro-3d-vision-x-led-lighting?variant=36573453777
