According to the criminal complaint, off duty under cover New York City Police Officer Braszczok, 32, is seen on a video wearing a black vest with “Front Line Soldiers” and “New Rochelle, NY” written on the back. When you have a large biker group they act differently than when riding alone.
Maybe the suv driver was partly responsible,but the biker should call in and get a tag # and location for police to intercept and hear both sides.

@Bud Mallon…Thanks for your comments. I agree that the rider should have just got a tag number and called it in to police. The guy with the helmet cam certainly had time to pull up alongside and get a video shot of the driver for police, if in fact they thought the SUV driver was guilty of something.
