my bike has been put a way for a week now (don’t like riding when it is below freezing) and i am getting itchy. trying to see if i can travel anywhere south for work and rent a bike.

Great video. Sena is a great product. I have a pair of SMH-10’s. Have worked flawlessly. Still concerned about the inability to transmit voice commands, but I hope Sena will fix this in the future.

I have a military service connected disability with severly impaired hearing.
My VA hearing aids are bluetooth capable. I am hoping the Sena FreeWir will pair with the hearing aids.

Great video on the sena! I was disappointed that you stated it wont work with phone calls, does it work with the CB. The sena websites states that it does.

Have been using this set up for over a year. Before it was called Freewire.It works great and have had no problems with the function of it. Would recommend to anyone who is looking for a Bluetooth setup.

Looks like a good unit and a great, detailed review of its capabilities! I hope the phone use and voice commands input issues are quickly resolved as I use both of these Boom Box features often.

Bought the Sena 20S and after watching your video that hooking up the Sena to the boom box was a hack, don’t do it. I purchased a 7 pin DIN, installed it using you tutorial. Purchased the LAB headset for a half helmet, which BTW, is a very good product. Next is to purchase the Sena Freewire if I do not win one of yours you are giving away.

This is a great group to support with your purchases. Prices are competitive but what is most important is they will offer tech support! Try that on Amazon… I also understand they work directly with the North Pole and Santa’s workshop to aid and assist those Elves wanting to give their riders something special for being so good through out the year.

Great video and looks to be a great product in helping make the Boom Box more “hands free”. I hope in the future they will address this and have an update to allow calls to be answered via the free wire.

I’m trying to figure out how to switch from freewire input to my sena 20s, to intercom with other riders and their 20s.
Hopefully this will solve this problem for connecting everything. Will the new HD/Sena headset eliminate the need for the sena freewire with the new 2017 Road Glide?
You’ll need the freewire with the 2017. Nothing has changed with the Boom Box. Same as it was when released in 2014.
I doubt it. The freewire will be needed. HD will just stamp their logo on a Sena product and mark the price way up like usual.
I love my Sena 20S and looking forward to getting a FreeWire in time. Buddy got his and is rubbing it in.

Was glad to see this finally happen. I had got a Sena headset before I purchase my new H-D 2015 and was disappointed to find out that I couldn’t use it w/ the new HD. Thanks for the videos and the update. I’ll be grabbing me one come spring.

First of all thanks to Ryan for all the help he gives to fellow Bikers. I have used the Sena 20S for over a year and works well. I am glad to see the Freewire come available for the Harley Infotainment System, where you can communicate with the System. I would recommend Sena Products to anyone. Thanks again!
