Nice! Where the heck was this video about 18 months ago when I had to go through the same crap to install mine?!? A little more detail in the instructions would have been nice huh? Luckily, like you, I have a pretty well stocked tool box and made it all work.

Patrick,
I’ve been looking for an extended reach brake pedal since a bought the bike last June. Kuryakyn just came out with their extended lever, or at least advertised it as such. Did you find something 18 months ago? And if so, what? Ride Safe & Ride Often! ~Lurch

It may not have been 18 months ago…maybe 15? It was early last year and I got it from J&P. I got the extended reach shifter levers with it also. I can’t remember what brand those were? Easier to install than the brake pedal!

Do I need the version with lowers? for 2015 street glide special?
Matt Couchman says
Sergio,
We’re not sure of your question. Would you please restate it.
Thanks,
~Lurch

Could you not remove the heat shield to give you that little extra room to come in backwards? Would seem to be much easier than removing the crash bars and with my 17 I have lowers….

Yah, give it a shot. Rock on!
