Both the Challenger Elite and Pursuit Elite are based on Indian's PowerPlus Touring platform, which I covered in-depth during my February 2025 trip to Vegas.

It’s clear that Indian is all-in on the shark-nose fairing look, influenced by the King of the Baggers series. And don’t get me wrong—I’m a fan of King of the Baggers and the look of the shark-nose. But let’s not forget: for many years, the Batwing fairing bikes were the best-sellers.

So here’s my take: Indian could have released one shark-nose Elite and one Batwing Elite. Just sayin’.
