Sworn Few Law Enforcement Motorcycle ClubIn this episode, Houston Stephens and Patreon Member Matt Haywood join Lurch and me in the studio.  Houston and Matt rode up to the Yakima, Washington from Central California.  They are interested in starting a chapter of the Sworn Few Law Enforcement Motorcycle Club.  Houston and Matt share the story of their ride up to Washington.  The boys ran into some interesting weather.

Lurch hosted the Washington Chapters as well as Houston and Matt at his house for a fun night.  Of course, some debacles ensued.  It's always a great time when the Sworn Few guys get together.

A day ride was taken from the Law Abiding Biker studio with the planned destination being the Bombing Range Brewery in Richland, Washington.  A last-minute decision not to ride into the eye of a storm rerouted the group to the Horse Heaven Saloon.  The food at Horse Heaven was good and the beer was cold.  I recommend stopping in if you are in the area.

LAB 299-West Coast Motorcycle Road Trip-The Stories & Debacles | Part 2 of 2

SFMC West Coast TripThis is part two of a two-part series and is all about our 2021 West Coast motorcycle trip. In June 2021, members of Law Abiding Biker™ Media along with members of the Sworn Few LEMC embarked on a 9-day, 2019-mile, 4-state cross-country motorcycle trip. This trip would take us out of Washington State and into Oregon, California, and Nevada. We stayed over in cities such as Newport, Oregon, Eureka, California, San Fransisco, California, Lake Tahoe, California, and Diamond Lake, Oregon. You can find the Harley-Davidson Ride Plan HERE. 

We took a day trip from San Fransisco to Santa Cruz, California which turned out to be a great ride and a lot of fun.  You can find the Harley-Davidson Ride Plan HERE. 

There will be a motorcycle documentary film released later this year on this entire trip and experience!

During our West Coast trip, we met up with our beloved Patron Members outside of Placerville, California.  We usually meet up with our Patrons for a day ride.  This year, our Patrons traveled with us for part of our trip. They joined us from Placerville to Lake Tahoe where we enjoyed some food and drink at a local park.  

Our Patron Members support us financially, so we can continue to help as many bikes as we can worldwide. Of course, our Patron Members get benefits and exclusive access such as meetups like this. There was an awesome day ride prepared for the members. We all met up in the morning and we all went on a beautiful day ride together. We had plenty of time to visit and get to know each other on a more personal level. We ended the day at a private location where the Patron Members enjoyed a catered dinner by Law Abiding Biker Media!. We ate, drank, and visited and it was a great time.

We visited many places and saw a ton of great country on our West Coast motorcycle trip. We stayed at some good and not-so-good hotels and motels. We ate at some good restaurants and some bad ones. We experienced good and bad weather and a few of the bikes experienced some mechanical problems that had to be fixed.

Shopping Cart Biker PodcastPODCAST-We dive into a situation the Sworn Few Law Enforcement Motorcycle Club “Big River” Chapter” recently ran into with a hang around. This hang around was secretive and was caught red-handed displaying another club's colors. However, he had not told anyone and was caught off guard when the photos and evidence were presented to him. The Sworn Few LEMC catches things like this , because they have very strict processes and procedures in place for hang around and prospective status. They are certain that they will not get a less than desirable member into the club and their processes proved to work once again. If you are one that is shopping for easy motorcycle club colors then just admit it and move on to the easy route. No hard feelings and you will save yourself time & possible embarrassment. Likely, you will not be proud of your easily obtained club colors, but each to their own. It's hard to be proud of something you didn't earn through hard work and dedication.

LAB-31-Patching in the new Sworn Few LEMC “Big River” Chapter & So Much More!

PODCAST-In this biker/motorcycle podcast episode we talk about the Sworn Few Law Enforcement Motorcycle Club (LEMC) patching in their newest chapter from Wenatchee, WA called the “Big River” Chapter. This was an epic event and we walk you through it and share some of the surprises we had for the patching in ceremonies.  It should be a very important and memorable event, as these guys worked long and hard to make it into the ranks of the SFMC.  Nothing came easy and everything was earned.  Stay tuned for future Law Abiding Biker Episodes when we actually have members of the Big River Chapter in the studio and go over the processes that they had to go through and what their opinions are.  Did the Mother Chapter of the Sworn Few Law Enforcement Motorcycle Club (SFMC) do a a good job?  Should we change things for future prospective chapters?  You'll have to wait and see.

Podcast-We play and discuss a phone call I received in reference to some of the stereo-types about bikers in general and how 99% of bikers are good law abiding people.  We discuss a recent ride we took that suddenly became a bit dangerous from a rock in the road.  We lightly discuss group riding and a few signals.  Matt “Lurch” does a quick “Pub Finder” iPhone App review.  Further, we discuss finding and returning a granite clock to our prior club.  We learn that Matt “Lurch” has some mad scientist skills.  Of course we get off track and have a lot of fun as usual.
